Abstract: 

This research was carried out with the purpose of determining the effectiveness of the self-knowledge educational package based on the theory of existentialism on the illogical beliefs of communication on people. The statistical population included all married people who referred to counseling and psychological centers in Tehran's 1st and 3rd districts with marital problems. In the current research, experimental research method of quasi-experimental type of pre-test and post-test design with control group was used. In the research sample, 16 people who had a high level of irrational beliefs were selected voluntarily based on the answers to the voluntary questionnaire of counseling centers, and 8 people were randomly replaced in the experimental and control groups. The data collection tool was Adilson and Epstein's communication irrational beliefs questionnaire, which was conducted with a pre-test and post-test design with a control group and 12 data collection training sessions. Multivariate analysis of covariance or MANOVA method was used for data analysis. The results of the analysis of covariance in the Mankva text showed that in the main hypothesis, the analysis of covariance in the variable of couples' irrational beliefs (sig=0.02, F=6.059) is significant. The results of the sub-hypotheses also showed that the analysis of covariance in the variable of destructiveness, belief in the changeability of the spouse, belief in mind reading, belief in sexual perfectionism and sexual differences of couples is significant. the self-knowledge education based on the existentialism approach is effective on the irrational beliefs of married people.

Abstract: 

Objective: The present study aimed to develop a wise parenting training package for adolescents. Methods and Materials: In this qualitative study, the study population consisted of mothers with wise adolescents. Participants were selected using a purposive sampling method based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The number of mothers was determined according to the principle of saturation. Data were collected through interviews with mothers. The data obtained from the literature review were analyzed using the thematic analysis method (2019). Findings: The results of the thematic analysis indicated the following components: (1) fundamental principles of wise parenting (with organizing codes including perceiving children as a trust and understanding parenting as a divine duty), (2) parenting content (withorganizing codes including parenting for difficult situations and parenting for daily life), (3) components of wise parenting (with organizing codes including the meaning of parenting, parenting values, and parenting goals), (4) parenting methods (with organizing codes including behavioral, social, and communicational methods), and (5) characteristics of a wise parent (with organizing codes including intrapersonal and interpersonal characteristics). The training package was developed using the method of Yusefi and Golparvar (2023), with the identified categories incorporated into the training sessions. The package underwent content validation by university faculty members. Conclusion: The results indicated that this training package possesses content validity and can be utilized for training wise parenting for adolescent girls.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Nurses play a significant role in improving the performance of hospital and promoting the health level of society. The concern about the preparation of newly arrived nurses due to the inadequacy of professional nursing education has been considered. The study endeavored to design a training package for familiarization, memory, and empowerment of newly arrived nurses in Baqyatallah hospital. Methods: The study was conducted based on the ADDIE model in the academic year 2023 based on five stages as follows: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. In the analysis stage, first, needs assessment was collected and summarized in several consultation meetings with experts to confirm the necessity of developing a training package for new nurses. In the design phase, the Delphi method was used to determine the titles of the educational package and ask for opinions from experts. In the content development stage, various validation sources were employed in the educational package regarding the proposed topics. Finally, after summarizing the materials, the training package for newly arrived nurses was finalized. Results: Based on the opinion of experts, 39 of the 59 titles were included in the final educational package. Among the important things are the standard of delivery of patients (ISBAR), medication integration, the process of teaching the correct way of blood transfusion, instructions for safe discharge, observing hand hygiene, correct and active identification of patients, care, and prevention of falls, bedsores, and thromboembolism in patients, proper medication, occupational exposure prevention and instructions, standard precautions and isolation and syndromic system, so on. Conclusion: The educational package designed, which is based on the real and perceived needs of nurses, as well as based on the consensus of nurses and experts, can play an effective role in improving the professional capabilities of newly arrived nurses.

Abstract: 

Aim and Background: In the child welfare system, children and youth under care are always considered as a fragile and at-risk population. Therefore preventive interventions are very important in reducing harms. The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of play-based resilience training package on social adjustment of children under the guardianship of the Welfare Organization. Methods and Materials: The present study was a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest design with a control group. The statistical population included children aged 5-7 years under the guardianship of Tehran Province Welfare in 2019. First, five centers were purposefully selected and then 30 children with research criteria were randomly assigned to the experimental and control groups (15 people in each group). The instruments used in this study include the Rutter Children's Behavioral Disorders Questionnaire (1967), the Child and Youth Resilience Measure (Ungar & Liebenberg, 2009) and the Play-based resilience training package (Mohammadi Shemirani, 2019). For the children in the experimental group, the resilience training package was implemented in 14 sessions, each session lasting one hour. Data analysis was performed using Univariate and multivariate analysis of covariance. Findings: Results showed that resilience training significantly affected social adjustment and its components (hyperactivity-aggression, attention deficit disorder, social maladaptation) (p<0. 01) However, it was not significantly effective on the anxiety-depression and antisocial behavior (p>0. 05). Conclusions: According to the findings of this study, it seems that play-based resilience training package can be used to increase social adjustment of children under the guardianship of welfare Organization.

Abstract: 

Background & Objective: Time perspective is a fundamental dimension of the psychological structure of time and there is often a seductive process that is balanced among past, present and future or mainly focused on a realm. From this, it can be said that time perspective has a regulator of human actions and affects its activities and psychological states. A balanced attitude toward time dimensions reflects mental health, while extreme attitudes toward living in an unhealthy way toward time dimensions. Since anxiety is one of the most important problems of human society. Considering the importance of adolescence and how to deal with problems, the aim of present study was investigation the effect of time perspective training on the creation of time balance and reduction anxiety of students. Methods: This applied research was in the category of semi– experimental research with pre– test, post– test and follow– up with experimental and control group. The research population were ninth grade of girls in Tehran who were studying in the academic year of 2016– 2017 and multi– stage random sampling was done. Among students who did not have time balance, they were randomly divided into two groups (n=30 for each group). Data collection tools were ZTPI questionnaire, CattLll's anxiety questionnaire (CAQ) and time perspective training package. The experimental group was trained for 10 sessions twice a week while the control group did not receive any training. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics of variance for repeated measures analysis ANOVA and Bonfroni was used to analyze the data through SPSS software version 22. Results: To analyze the variance for repeated measures, we examined the assumptions of this test such as Shapiro– Wilk test, Leven test results showed the normality of the distribution of scores on both research instruments. Mauchly’ s Test of Sphericity test results confirmed the equality of variances assumption. The mean of the time balance variable for the control group in the pre– test was 21. 91, in the post– test, 21. 82 and in the follow– up period, was 21. 92, and for the experimental group in the pre– test, 20. 23, in the post– test, 27. 77, and the follow up was 27. 59. The mean of anxiety in the control group was 25. 72 in the pre– test, 25. 64 in the post– test and 26. 66 in the follow– up phase, and for the experimental group in the pre– test 27. 69, in the post– test 21 and in the stage the follow up was 21. 04. The results showed that the F– value in time balance variable was significant p<0. 001, and considering that the mean of the experimental group in the time balance variable was higher than that in the control group and post– test and follow– up stages. In addition, the findings showed that the F– value in the anxiety variable was significant p<0. 001, and considering that the mean of the experimental group in the anxiety variable decreased in comparison with the control group in the post– test and follow– up stages. Conclusion: The results showed that time perspective training had an impact on the time balance and anxiety of students and this effect remained stable during two– month follow– up phase. Therefore, anxiety of the students after training in the experimental group reduced compared to the control group and there was a significant difference between the two groups. In addition, the time perspective components in the experimental group were more balanced than the control group.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Nursing students' inadequate familiarization with the field can lead to dropping out. Developing an educational package for new nursing students to use in an introductory course can help reduce challenges. This study endeavored to develop an educational package for the orientation of new nursing students for the implementation of a course named Rooyesh. Methods: This study was conducted based on the ADDIE model in the academic years 2023-2024 in the School of Nursing and Midwifery at Shahid Sadoughi University of Medical Sciences, and reports the Analysis, Design, and Development of the educational package for the Rooyesh course. Responses were analyzed to determine the topics of the educational package. In the design phase, focus group interviews were conducted to determine the goals of the course and the data were analyzed. In so doing, MAXQDA was used to manage qualitative data. In the content development stage, multimedia content was compiled based on extracted topics. This way, the training package was finalized after summarizing. Results: In analyzing the responses, six main themes were extracted from the qualitative content analysis of the interviews, which became a guide for determining the general topics of the educational package. Then, by completing a researcher-made questionnaire, nursing students, and professors expressed their opinions about the titles and features of the package. The analysis of the data gathered from focus-group interview in the design stage ushered in the determination of learning goals in the cognitive and attitudinal fields as well as the dominant learning theory of the growth course. In the development stage, 28 titles achieved for the educational package. Conclusion: The educational package can help students in goal-setting, forecasting, and personal and professional improvement during the four years of bachelor's program for the students of nursing.

Abstract: 

2The current research was conducted with the aim of compiling and validating the educational package of the 10th grade religion and life lesson based on Choice Theory. The research method for the stage of designing and compiling the educational package was descriptive-analytical method mixed . The main themes of the training package and the time required for training were taken from written sources such as the model of G schools and internal and external research projects. To validate the package, while using the face validity method, the content validity method was used in a qualitative and quantitative way. It was used with a panel of 14 experts. 14 experts were considered as the statistical population, 10 of them were in the field of psychology, two were in the field of curriculum planning, and two were in the field of education. In addition, two relative coefficients of content validity and content validity index were used. The minimum and maximum relative content validity coefficients for each item of the package were calculated as 1 and 0.71, and the content validity index in most sessions reached the number (0.85) for all goals in the educational protocol. The results revealed that the educational package of the Religion and Life lesson based on Choice Theory for 10th grade students have good formal and content validity and has the necessary validity for educational applications and research use.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The purpose of this applied research is to study the effectiveness of gamification on corporate training.  Methodology: A gamified course was designed and implemented to train the location of Fire Hosing Cabinet for 24 employees of a firefighting maintenance company in Iran Mall shopping Center in Tehran. Using a quantitative quasi-experimental research plan (post-test only control group design) the participants of the study were randomly assigned to treatment (12) and control (12) groups and trained for a week.  Conclusion: The descriptive and interpretive result of the posttest analyses indicated the effectiveness of gamification of the training performed for the employees of the firefighting maintenance company in Iran Mall shopping Center in Tehran. Moreover, the descriptive result of Gamification Acceptance Questionnaire answered by the members of the experimental group after gamified training indicated that all the participants in the experimental group were satisfied with the gamified training course.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of entrepreneurship training package on creativity and self confidence in preschools. The population of the study was preschools whom the required sample of research was selected as available. Among the participants are those who score in the Keys Torence Creativity Questionnaire and Self confidence Questionnaire lower. 30 were selected and randomly divided into two groups of experimental and control. Eleven sessions entrepreneurship training(session: 60 Minute) were performed for these individuals. Scores of participants in the pre-test and post-test stages were analyzed using one-way analysis of co-variance to determine the effectiveness of the intervention. The findings showed that entrepreneurship training significantly improve flexibility, creativity and self confidence in preschools but there there was no meaningful improve in infloid. The entrepreneurship training package can be considere as an effective intervention on improving creativity and self confidence in preschools.
